Rental Terms and Agreement
Parties and Purpose
This contract is made between the villa tenant (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and the villa owner (hereinafter referred to as “Villaluxary”) for the purpose of renting a villa for a specific period, as agreed upon between the start and end dates. Customers and their accompanying guests who book any of our villas listed on WWW.VLY.TRAVELvia the website, phone, or email are considered to have accepted the following terms in advance. Violation of any of these conditions gives Villaluxary the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, request the client to vacate the property, and withhold any deposit, rental fee, or prepayment made.
Reservation and Payment
Once you specify the villa/apartment/suite you wish to rent and the desired dates, a preliminary reservation will be made after you provide necessary information such as check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and contact information including name, phone number, and email address. A reservation confirmation will be sent to your email, including the dates, villa/apartment/suite, and guest number. A prepayment of 30% of the total rental amount is required to activate the booking.
The remaining balance is payable in cash upon signing the rental agreement and receiving the keys.
After receiving the prepayment, you will receive a written booking confirmation via email within 24 business hours. This confirmation includes the total cost, the amount of deposit received, and the reserved dates.
Facilities and equipment will be checked for damages on the check-in day. A security deposit (as specified in the listing) will be collected before your stay begins and returned on the check-out day after a property inspection confirming no damage or missing items.
Rental prices are listed per night on our website with a minimum stay of 3 or 7 nights. Deposits can be transferred via bank or electronic transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your check-in date, the full prepayment will be forfeited, as it has already been forwarded to the property owner. The balance is payable upon arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations are effective upon receipt of written notice by Villaluxary.
Cancellation Conditions:
a) 60+ days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit.
b) 60–31 days before check-in: 30% refund of the deposit.
c) 30 or fewer days before check-in: No refund.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 16:00
Check-out: 11:00
Please schedule your travel accordingly. If you plan to check out early, you must notify Villaluxary at least 24 hours in advance. If the client checks out before a property inspection can be performed, the damage deposit will be returned via bank transfer once the property has been inspected. Early departure does not entitle the client to any refund.
Villa Capacity / Extra Guest Policy
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the website or at the time of booking. If the client requests a change in guest number after the reservation, a written request must be submitted. No additional guests are permitted after check-in. In case of violation, Villaluxary reserves the right to cancel the reservation and evict guests without refund.
Villa Cleaning
Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included in the rental price for stays of at least one week. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
Pets / Smoking
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated for specific villas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must avoid disturbing noise, the use of illegal substances, and harboring fugitives. The villa/apartment/suite must not be used for any illegal activities. The customer is responsible for any damage, accidents, or injuries that may occur due to their own fault during the rental period.
Per Turkish law, Villaluxary informs the customer that all guests must be registered in the KBS (Identity Notification System). Legal action may be taken against any unregistered persons. The customer is responsible for any fines resulting from incorrect or missing ID information.
Villaluxary is not liable for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Our Obligations and Warranty
Villaluxary is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment/suite in clean and usable condition on the agreed date. In the event of broken items or malfunctions upon check-in, the customer must notify Villaluxary immediately. Villaluxary will inform the property owner or relevant company and coordinate repairs within 48 hours. Villaluxary acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for fixing the issue.
Villaluxary is not responsible for accidents, injuries, pool drownings, death, fire, theft, etc., at the property. Nor is it responsible for any issues related to services such as tours, shopping, food, drinks, entertainment, transportation, or guides that are not booked through Villaluxary.
After checkout, the customer cannot claim refunds for any issues that were not reported during the stay.
Invoice Policy
The villas/apartments/suites listed on www.vly.travel are not owned by Villaluxary. They belong to various individuals and companies. Villaluxary acts solely as a rental broker. Therefore, it issues invoices only for brokerage services. The remainder of the payment goes directly to the property owner, who is responsible for their own tax obligations.
When booking via www.vly.travel, the customer is invoiced only for the service fee, with the remaining amount paid directly to the property owner.

All disputes arising from this contract fall under the jurisdiction of the Antalya law enforcement and courts.
BY BOOKING ANY OF OUR VILLAS, CUSTOMERS AGREE TO ALL TERMS ABOVE. ANY VIOLATION GIVES VILLALUXARY THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT REFUND.
Privacy and Security Policy
STTUR does not share personal data with any company or third party, except as defined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. STTUR never sells personal data to third parties. Personal data includes name, surname, address, phone number, and email address. The company may use this data for user profiling and statistical analysis and may share it solely for that purpose.
STTUR commits to treating all personal data as confidential and will take the necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, or misuse. However, it is not liable for breaches resulting from cyber-attacks despite taking preventive measures.
Links on www.sttur.com may direct users to third-party sites. STTUR is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites.
STTUR may collect and use IP addresses for user identification and demographic analysis.
STTUR may disclose client data to government agencies when legally required, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
